Refund policy
At The Young Educator, we offer all our teaching resources as digital downloads, which means once you’ve downloaded a file, we’re unable to accept returns. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.
That said, we want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help, and in some cases, we can offer a refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your purchase, and we’ll review each request individually.
Refunds may be given for the following reasons:

File Issues: If the file is damaged or missing content (like a preview image instead of the full resource).

Misinformation: If the product description or preview doesn't match what’s included in the resource (for example, claiming the file is editable when it’s not).

Technical Problems: If you can’t access the resource because the technical requirements weren’t listed (e.g., the file is a PowerPoint but isn’t mentioned in the description).

Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally buy the same resource twice (for example, purchasing the same item in both a bundle and separately).
